How to become a customer
Before you place your first order with GFT, you will need to send us the following documents (by mail, email or fax):
- A copy of a photo ID.
- Proof of your commercial business or occupation (e.g. copy from commercial registry, association registration, business registration, certificate from local chamber of industry and commerce or professional association).
- Customers outside of Germany are required to send us their VAT identification number.- For orders of alcoholic beverages, we also require your excise number.
- Once we’ve received these documents, you will receive your personal customer number for placing orders with GFT. Please contact us if you have any further questions regarding your registration as a new customer.
